Q: What is VEX Skincare?
A: VEX Skincare is a results-driven skincare line formulated for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Our products are powered by concentrated, clinically backed ingredients like EGF, peptides, and ceramides to support smoother texture, reduced fine lines, and radiant skin without irritation.
Q: Is VEX Skincare only for sensitive skin?
A: No! While our formulas are gentle enough for sensitive skin, they are effective for all skin types, including normal, oily, combination, and mature skin.
Product Questions
Q: Are VEX products fragrance-free?
A: Yes. All VEX Skincare products are fragrance-free and essential oil–free, making them ideal for those with sensitive or reactive skin.
Q: Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
A: Absolutely. VEX Skincare is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.
Q: Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
A: No. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, drying alcohols, and other common irritants.
Q: What products are currently available?
A: At launch, we’re offering our hero duo:

Q: When will I see results?
A: Many users report noticeable hydration and smoothness within the first few days. With consistent use, improvements in visible texture, tone, and fine lines may be seen within 4–6 weeks.

Orders & Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information!
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S.. International shipping is coming soon—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We want you to love your skin and your experience with VEX. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
