Order Processing and Shipping Guidelines

At VEX Skincare, we use either FedEx or USPS, depending on the best option for your order, for all shipments within the U.S.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being placed.
  • During busy seasons, processing and shipping may take 2-3 business days from the order date.

Shipping Hours:

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • All delivery estimates are based on business days.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
  • Shipping is available only within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Alaska and Hawaii shipping options and rates may vary depending on service availability.
